<VV> Unknown Little Pieces - Can You Identify?

Found on my 66 Corsa (formerly a turbo) now a Crown conversion

They are white nylon, each has a 3/16 through-hole, measures 3/4 X 5/8 X 1/2.? Viewed from the side, it?has a trianglular shape with a hook-like part at the top.? I think I have about six of them.? They had undercoating material on them.
