<VV> Muffler hangers

Been awhile since I've done this, but I believe the top fasten point is a 
stud, and yes the muffler bracket fits between the shroud and the head. 
Easiest way is to notch the upper hole in the bracket to form a slot instead 
of a hole, and it will slip over the stud in the head.
