     I truly believe that the vehicle was traveling at the reported 91 mph, since the "governor" that it had was CLEARLY  INcompetent!!!

Now, more than a year later, there are many of us in New Jersey who 
doubt that the Suburban could have in fact been travelling at 91 
mph.  After all, it had a governor!
