<VV> seat belts - humorous and otherwise

As many of you may recall from the news, more than a year ago the 
governor of my state, New Jersey, was grievously injured in a crash 
where he was notoriously not wearing a seat belt.  The State 
Trooper-driven Suburban in which he was riding was later found to 
have been travelling at 91 miles per hour at the time of the crash, 
making a potentially tragic situation even more politically 
uncomfortable for both the governor and his police detail.

The governor not long thereafter made a powerful Public Service

Now, more than a year later, there are many of us in New Jersey who 
doubt that the Suburban could have in fact been travelling at 91 
mph.  After all, it had a governor!
