<VV> Corsa Dash - Hi-Beam Indicator

They're built into the guage package as a unit, in the Monza-500 cluster.
In the Corsa instrument cluster, they're arrowhead-shaped, and molded with
a lip around the perimeter, with the appropriate label imprinted on the
back side.
