1st, disconnect the drivers side linkage... then try to rev each side 
of the engine individually....it will tell you which carb is bad [ 
plugged ].

Then with linkage connected...air filter[s] off... Rev the engine to 
5000rpm...and place hand over bad carb..

If that doesn't work....dismantle and clear ALL passages..
