a good critique -- almost looks like the trunk floor is just a
dropped-in overlay, not even welded in, and significant rust on the
trunk side of the windshield plenum and the seam below it. The fuzzy
photo under the rear of the car makes it hard to see if the leaf spring
is there for sure, but what is the shinny shuff that looks like it could
be wrapped around the spring, if it is there?

Looks like it has an ignition module of some sort. I like what looks
like a ground strap from the #1 plug wire retainer to the fuel line
... Mr. Rusty Puhleez says the car isn't driven much, ala, PA historic
plates, car in MD

But it is a '64 vert with what looks like a nice top and if it had
better looking seats, it might be a pretty sharp car for 3.5 K -- and
maybe they didn't cut up the radio plate but just stuck the face plate
over it ...

Way too much for me to gamble with, but from some of the stories about
east coast cars, it might be pristine : )

Anyne serious should call and ask a few questions -- he'll probably say
he bought it like this and doesn't know anything. Is the title branded?
