All good advice so far.

Do remember to drain, dry out and refil the differential also. You can 
remove the top cover while it is still in the car and maybe use a 
hairdryer to remove the moisture. Draining it will require a suction gun 
or drill and tap the bottom for a drain plug.

Repack front wheel bearings. Dry speedometer cable. Flush brake fluid.

Rear wheel bearing? Taking them apart is a lot of work. Some people do 
not like the drill and tap a grease fitting on the hub and pump it full. 
But that might force water out. But the good news is maybe water did not 
enter if the seals are good.

Remove as much interior as possible. Wash out mud and dry. Carpet can be 
hosed off and dried in the sun. Sun can dry most interior items fine.

If water was not above gas cap, the fuel system should be clean.
