<VV> Outer strut rod bolt

I don't recall ever breaking one off but up here in Michigan everything
rusts into place.
I've had pretty good luck just letting my impact wrench "hammer away" on it.
While the air compressor is running and building pressure back up, keep
squirting PB Blaster or other rust dissolver on it.  Let the impact wrench
hammer away on it again and it will eventually come loose.  I don't know if
it helps the next guy but I always coat my bolts with grease before
installing a new one.
