Good news on finding a greaser.  Here's a little tip - after the  grease 
begins to flow, add grease only until the FIRST sign of resistance.   The 
resistance is the pressed-in lower seal. The change in resistance  is very subtle.  
You'll think, "that was just a bump in the flow, now it's  really going in well" 
- NOT!  If you continue to add grease, even a little  bit, the pressure in 
the fully filled bearing pushes the seal out/off  and you change things from the 
"noisy" problem to the "replace ASAP"  problem.
