Thanks to whoever it was that pointed out the Florida plate (I'm not terribly observant myself)!

     Using that tiny bit of info I am now on the verge of discovering the owner of the car, I have already tracked down which local CORSA chapter he is a member of, and have a strong suspicion I even found the owners name and number already (but waiting on confirmation).
