way back when , about the early 70's a guy near here put a lakewood body on  
a v8 buick special chassis . it was a cob job , but worked fine and looked 
stock  from the outside.  he drove it a lot around here chasing parts etc raising 
 hell with it.  if it was neatened up (mostly interior )i bet it could be a  
nice option. i think the donor car was a 60's buick special coupe.
