<VV> Harmonic balancer removal

I've always found it easier to just drop the back end of the engine down a
few inches and use a regular harmonic balancer puller - available for
purchase/rent/borrow at your local FLAPS.  Working in the narrow gap with
the engine in place is way too much PITA for my taste.
