>From what I have seen on the label, the spec list is longest on the Mobil 1 - 0 W 40 grade so that is the one I try to buy (when it is on sale). It is certified by a multitude of manufacturers. Kind of reminds me of the good house keeping seal of approval.

As Seth and others verify, you will probably have success with many grades and types.
