Ron - There are several reasons why the seal might be leaking. The most 
common one is that when a new seal is installed the bell housing may 
cause one of the lips on the seal to "fold over". There is an 
installation technique to avoid this that many are not aware of. A 
second, less likely, possibilty is that you have used one of the older 
Victor seals which had an improper i.d. (a manufacturing defect).   Lon
