The now winning buyer probably knows. Based on a photo I ran across at
<http://www.streetrodderweb.com/tech/0307sr_transmission/> bearing the
caption;
" A popular offering from Flat-O is the Y-block Ford to C4 adapter.
Side brackets on the bellhousing are available for stock motor
mounts..."
I make a guess that it is an adapter to C4 made by Flat-O, perhaps
their product described,
"...Chevord bell housing. This allows the installation of the popular
C-4 Ford transmission onto Chev - Olds - Pont - Buick and Cad engines?"
