A 300 acre farm that isn't planted in marijuana won't make enough money to 
pay the property taxes, let alone stay off welfare!  Around here, it takes 
2000-2500 acres to make a modest living, and there aren't enough hours in a 
day to farm that much land with a toy like your old AC (which is, BTW, 
something you only see at "heritage tractor shows" around here!)!
