ok,to clarify---the ONLY ground was the one neg cable,which was loose at the bolt thru generator -end bracket...classic 'vaporlock' symptoms,i just got luck when i got 'nosy' pokin around...he's pleased with the 65 carbs of mine,hope i can get his running as good as Grant's !!
