Padgett,
The thin ones, called Wedding Bands, were on the early 66 production. By
January all cars were being outfitted with the thicker chrome trim. Install
the thick ones and send me the thin ones and I'll dispose of them for you.

Subject: <VV> 66 Taillights
Am confused again. I seem to have one each of two different sets of tail
lights and backup lights. One pair has a thin (about 1/16" deep) chrome ring
in the center and the other set has a much wider (about 3/8" thick) ring. To
really confuse things both say "Guide" and "SAE 66". Which is correct for a
1966 Monza built in January at Willow Run ? What is the other set ?
Padgett
