My story:

Flew out to St. Louis, MO, picked up 65 Corsa coupe and drove it home to 
Allentown, PA.  About 850 miles.  No problems.  Thankfully, when the car 
decided to develop a head gasket leak it wasn't until about 6 months after I 
got it home!  And, that wasn't really the fault of the car--some previous 
mechanic did a poor job of machining the head years before (apparently 
forgot to take the right amount off the fins after milling out the step).

Been trouble-free ever since.
