<VV> parking lot guards @ conventions

They had good guards at Lexington last year. They were in the lot all night and made regular rounds checking on things, including our late night beer drinking and BS sessions. Lucky for us we could walk to the liquor store from the lot. Otherwise we might have been in trouble.
