I've not had a '68 - only '65 and '66 (LMs) - so, maybe you got me on that 
one.  But, it IS a somewhat rust prone area and I've seen the "rust repairs" 
which have covered up that plug hole with metal and sealant.  That would be 
a shame if the late lates don't have the plug.  It is how I access the 
rocker area for cleanout of debris.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
