There SHOULD be a rubber/plastic/whatever cap at the front end of the
rocker - and it would normally be in place unless someone has done a
"repair" in that area. HOWEVER - that is NOT where the water enters the
rockers. It comes from the cowl area in front of the windshield.
Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
