<VV> Air Filter Tests (no direct Corvair)

Well, I run a K&N air filter kit (which also replaced the tube from the throttle body to the air cleaner which is mounted up front) and Hedman Hedder on my wife's 97 Jeep Wrangler...no other mods...yes, the EFI takes care of the mixture issue. The combo made a radical difference in acceleration from annoyingly wimpy to fairly tolerable. I'd never seen the actual dirt numbers before...figured that there would be some difference...this is maybe more than I was hoping for though.

Jeeps don't last long anyway so I doubt the little extra dirt will make much difference, but I also run one in my vette...probably won't change there either. Everything has a price.
