OK, I lost track. A MAXI fuse would be fine. breakers tend to have a lot more 
drop...

    I thought we were talking about the voltage drop across a circuit breaker 
(or fuse) ADDED to the stock wiring system and not about the voltage drop 
across the ENTIRE stock wiring to the headlights.
