No differences between coupes and convertibles in any late model door, 
respective of model year, outside of "add-ons" which can be 
duplicated.   IN other words, a '68  coupe door bolts to and fits a '68 
ragtop, etc.


Likewise, an early coupe door will fit an early ragtop if you remove the 
glass/frame etc and swap out ragtop door "innards".    It takes a little 
tomfoolery but I've done it twice.    Not bad if you have a ragtop donor 
door on hand...  workable for that rusty or damaged ragtop door and there's 
a good coupe door available.
