<VV> How to evaluate an air tool - minimal corvair

My 31 year old Black & Decker 260 ftlb air impact gun is still going 
strong.  It has outlasted two air compressors.  I do have a 850 ftlb 
3/4 inch Central Pneumatic impact gun for the big stuff.
