Head temp is usually 350-475 F but area /temp  make a big difference!   
Remember..these gauges are 35-40 yrs. old!  Use only for REFERENCE  unless you get 
them recalibrated..

Manifold is  just a vacume - pressure gauge    Normally should read 
negative...

ONLY  if you have a Turbo will you ever see anything positive...
