<VV> Polish a tinted and shaded windshield

Patrick,
I have used the system sold by Eastwood with success but, if you can catch 
your fingernail in the scratch it is too deep to polish out well. I have 
done it but it will create a distorted area at that point. Also if you don't 
keep it wet and move the polishing buff all the time you can heat the glass 
enough to break it. Don't ask how I know this!
