<VV> choked up choke rod

What's the thread size of the choke rod? I think someone crossthreaded the
internal threads on the lower choke rod and I can't turn the upper rod down
far enough for a proper adjustment, even with a new rod. If I can rethread
inside the lower rod, I won't resort to sawing 1/4" off the upper rod.  The
lower rod isn't obstructed, so I conclude the threads are the problem.
