All Corvair powered Ultra Vans numbers 212 and up were powerglide, 3.55, 
positraction transaxles.  Some of the earlier 145 cuin Ultra Vans had 3.89 
rear axles.  All of the V-8's came with 3.70 rear gears.  Ultra Inc. used 
only off the shelf GM parts, where possible.  Dave Peterson used what ever 
he could find in the junk yard or else he made it himself.
