<VV> Bodywork Advice (Pop-a-dent Ideas)

I need some bodywork advice. Please take a look at the photo found at:

What's the best way to knock out the dent on the "eyelid" of that rear
bumper. Bear in mind I don't have a welder, nor do I know how to use one.
I REALLY want to do this myself. Is there a special tool or something
that will get me leverage to pop it out from the inside? Any
recomendations are greatly appreciated.
