Yes Chuck, Russell Davis is the machinist I reffer to. He developed his  
without knowing I had done one fifteen years earlier.
To all others, this is the ticket for removing the balancer in car 
quickly. I recomend one for the travel toolbox. The steering wheel 
pullers you buy in the store have too long a bolt and cannot be used in 
the car without building the washer adapters and buying  a short bolt, 
hence my home built design.
