<VV> No Corvairs at the GRM $2005 Challenge?

i'm starting grad school in the fall, and will not have time to mess around with a corvair for the GRM $2005 challenge.   someone out there, please *please* pick up the torch!  a well-driven, lightened, stiffly-suspended, *clean* car will do well and will get much attention from the magazine staff.   how about a turbo'd PG car with a SafeGuard, on some used race rubber?

c'mon, y'all.   i'm not going to run the challenge in a 'vair again until '07.   somebody step up!   i finished 16th out of 77 in the $2004 challenge.   anyone care to beat me?
