That's fine I suppose if it's done right by someone who knows how and then
they balance it afterwards. Still, I'm not sure how much that saves over
bolting which has been time-proven to be more reliable. But that wasn't the
question... The original poster asked about reusing a flywheel after just
having it resurfaced at a local machine shop. My point was that the
resurfacing is only PART of the story... The original riveting will likely
give problems at some point.
