<VV> quick shifter

My $0.02 is if you need a quick shifter in a late, you probably want to 
check out the whole shift mechanism first.  When in good shape there pretty 
quick.  The wear points are the connector to the transmission, along with 
its pin.  These parts are available form your favorite Corvair parts 
vendor.  The other thing which wears are the bushings in the shift tube, 
not quite as easy to replace but not really that hard.  Also available from 
your favorite vendor.  After everything is working good, then decide if you 
need a quick shift kit.
