To add a bit to Matt's instructions. Use a turnbuckle or other means to hold the engine speed at 1500-2000 rpm, then check the sync agin with the Uni-syn. With our 40 old linkage what is in sync at idle will not always be in sync at other speeds. Adjust the linkage for the best compromise, but remember that your car spends more time over idle than at idle. Thanks Matt for a great explaination.
