The ULTRA service manual for rat engines sez:
Drill a hole in the dipstick tube part that reaches down in the pan. If that don't work,cut it off completely at the block. If that don't work, holed piston, crushed oil ring on a piston, oil pressure relief spring (in the cover)steel cap galled,varnished in place, not there???
