I believe all oils with the API (Americal Petroleum Institute) brand are supposed to be sort of compatible with each other. I would not mix synth/dino 50/50, but I would not hesitate to top off one with the other in an emergency, nor would I go through heroic flushing procedures when changing from one to the other.  The AMSOIL folks may have their own recommendations.
