<VV> 64 front belts

Hello all,

I have seen many postings on seat belt installation
recently.  I'm buying a 64 monza convertible with no
belts.  My understanding is the front mounting holes
are already there awaiting my hardware.  Can anyone
confirm this?  Also, if someone could send me a
picture of the floor area where they are mounted so I
can get a general idea of where to look for the holes,
that would be great.  I got the belts already from
Clark's.
