Kirk - If you suspect fuel delivery problems - Take it somewhere safe and run
it until it sputters and dies. Pull over and pull a top off a carb. If it is
empty, you have a fuel feed problem. If not, start looking elsewhere. If it is
a fuel feed problem, you might check to see if there is a restriction in the
fuel sock in the tank, or maybe even the vent in the cap. The fuel pump has a
tough time pulling fuel out of a sealed container. - Seth
