cut off flush with whiz wheel or hacksaw.
Then use centerpunch to start drillbit of similar size in the center of the
stud. I cant recall what size the bit is, but someone will.
Ive done several. go slow. Ty to stay straight or use a drill press.
Put new studs in. Stainless steel ones from the vendors will last forever.
Easy as Bread.
