<VV> What color should the front heater outlet (floor) vents be?

Hi,

In my 64 Spyder convertible, my front heater floor outlet vents are a light
gray while the rear vents are black.  I have black carpet and black
interior.  Just wondering if these front vents are the appropriate color.
