[FC] FC Accelerator and Speedometer Questions

Hello fellow FC'er's;

I have a couple of annoying gremlins that have popped up with my Rampside:

1) My accelerator has started sticking pretty much every time I drive the truck.  If I tap it, it comes back down.  
    I have tried oiling all of the connections/pivot points.  Could it be that the outer cable sheath is moving?

2) My speedometer cable is not turning.  I do have a spare cable, but I thought I would consult the experts before installing it.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
