[FC] <VV> Forward control side baffles

Clark has told most of the story.  The side baffle plates were indeed 
added to combat carb icing.  But note the word "added."  These were a 
running change, made after production and sales began, which is why 
they are not illustrated in the earliest books and which is why they 
are not present in early-production trucks.

Once added to production, all vehicles got 'em.
