[FC] Broken Valve Cover Bolt

if it is not to bound up too bad (bottomed out because it is too long?)i 
would try cutting a slot in it with a dremel cutting wheel and run it out with a 
screwdriver. if is from rust or corrosion try warming around it carefully with 
a propane torch. i cut the slot in it in line with the edge of the head so it 
will seal ok.  this has worked for me many times. i use the fiberglass 
reinforced wheels  instead of the carbide so the slot is wide enough with one cut.  
small diameter so most of the cut is on the bolt not the whole darn head..
