large job but not impossible. plan on new everything on top of engine.  
blower bearing, carbs or rebuild, dont trust the fan especially if mag, engine 
wiring harness, plug wires, etc,  fix what you see. correct way to do it in my 
opinion would be to drop it out and paint everything again and make new side 
seals etc while you are at it. if changing harness i would change it over to 
alternator while its apart also.  or if it is a 145 stock engine now is the time to 
upgrade it to 164...  do not give up on it. take pictures of it? i would like 
to see it.     sorry for your bad luck , but a rampy is worth it!!
my rampy ate  its 100 amp alternator pulley tonight as i started it to leave 
for a meeting, felt good it happened right here in my garage instead of on the 
road yesterday 75 miles away...just a funny click and voltmeter dropped. 
thought it might have been a belt..but the pulley came apart. all fixed now.
