BSCC- 2012 CORSA Convention Parking Volunteers

Hello All,

 

I am seeking volunteers to fill assignments as parking assistants at the
upcoming convention.  As of now we'll need people (probably 2) at Old
Sturbridge Village

to coordinate trailer parking, 2-3 people on the main driveway at the Host
Hotel, and several folks directing the display area set-up.  I'm told that
Concours will handle their own set-up but that remains to be seen.  I'm
thinking 4 hour shifts for 7/24 thru 7/28 although not every location will
require constant attention.  We'll have to be flexible as to when and where
the needs are.  Parking personnel will be issued identifiable safety vests
plus radios for use while on duty.  It is too early to determine specific
assignments however I will appreciate knowing who is interested.  A workable
parking plan with supportive people as the initial on-site contact for
attendees can make a great convention even better.
