BSCC- NH Spring Dustoff

Hello Bay State Corvair folks....

It will be at least a couple of years before I drive my Corvair
anywhere. I was thinking of bringing my family to the dustoff so I can
gawk at a bunch of Corvairs. It would have been awesome to get Ray and
Kathy's house and see if there were someone with room in their Corvair
to accommodate us to ride to the show. However, even if someone were to
be so accommodating, it wouldn't be practical, and there's no way I can
get the entire troupe to Milford by 7:45 in the morning unless our lives
depended on it.

Anyway, what could you tell me about the show as a spectator. How many
Corvairs are expected to be there (i.e. is it worth the trip for someone
who's not driving a Corvair just to check out the cars with his wife and
two wee ones aged 8 months and 22 months)? When does the show end? Will
there be anything else going on (i.e. food, other attractions that will
be helpful to amuse the rest of my family)?

I know the area, though I've never been to the Hopkinton Fairgrounds, I
have driven through that part of New Hampshire on I-89 about a thousand
times and I figure that it's probably about an hour and a half from Boston.

Anyway, thanks for indulging my questions. I do have a few shows I'd
like to get to this season, but as I will be a spectator only and I will
be using rare family time on weekends, I want to choose wisely (and want
to maximize my Corvair exposure).

Karl
