Lionel is right. Don't wait. I have seen plenty of those come apart and cut right into the filter. You won't know your in trouble until the oil pressure light comes on and by then it will be too late - scored bearings and/or seized engine - not good.

The problem with your harmonic balancer is that when it comes apart it will destroy the oil filter and if you are tooling down the road good by engine.

I am begining to think about replacing the balancer and the engine mount on my '67 110.
The rubber on the mount is dry, cracked and it is slightly dipped in the center.
The rubber is cracked on the balancer.
I have attached pictures of the items.
Are there any other signs I should be looking for?
Does it make sense to replace both of these items at the same time?
Just looking for some input, as both items are expensive.
